Emissions Delete Services
Professional removal of emissions systems from ECU firmware. Each service includes mechanical blanking where required and full ECU reprogramming — no fault codes, no limp modes, no compromised diagnostics.

EGR Delete
Exhaust Gas Recirculation system removal. One of the most common delete services on diesel engines — EGR valves clog the intake manifold with soot deposits over time, causing power loss, rough idle, and increased fuel consumption.
What is done:
- Mechanical blanking plate at the EGR inlet
- ECU reprogramming: valve disabled, fault codes removed, limp mode disabled, air mass recalibrated where required
DPF Delete
Diesel Particulate Filter removal. The DPF traps soot from exhaust gases and periodically regenerates — a process that increases fuel consumption, raises oil dilution risk, and eventually leads to expensive filter replacement or failure.
What is done:
- Physical DPF removal from exhaust system
- ECU reprogramming: DPF monitoring disabled, regeneration cycles removed, related fault codes deleted
AdBlue / SCR Delete
AdBlue (DEF) and Selective Catalytic Reduction system removal. Common on Euro 6 diesels — AdBlue pumps, injectors and sensors are failure-prone and expensive to replace.
What is done:
- ECU reprogramming: AdBlue injection disabled, SCR monitoring removed, all related fault codes deleted, low AdBlue warnings suppressed

Catalyst Delete (Euro2)
Catalytic converter removal and ECU reprogramming to Euro 2 emissions standard. The catalyst degrades over time and replacement costs can be significant — especially on older vehicles where continued compliance with higher emission standards makes no practical sense.
What is done:
- Physical catalyst removal from exhaust system
- ECU reprogramming: lambda sensor post-cat monitoring disabled, catalyst efficiency checks removed, related fault codes deleted, ECU recalibrated to Euro 2 standard

Swirl Flap Delete
Intake manifold swirl flap removal. Swirl flaps are notorious for breaking apart and falling into the engine — a catastrophic and expensive failure common on VAG and BMW diesel engines. Removal eliminates the risk entirely.
What is done:
- Physical swirl flap removal or blanking from intake manifold
- ECU reprogramming: flap position monitoring disabled, related fault codes removed

EVAP (Adsorber) Delete
Evaporative Emission Control system disable. The EVAP canister absorbs fuel vapors from the tank — when it fails or becomes saturated it can cause rough idle, stalling, and persistent fault codes.
What is done:
- ECU reprogramming: EVAP purge valve control disabled, leak detection monitoring removed, fault codes deleted
